The restaurant has remained in the hands of the Darling family, with the fourth generation currently keeping true to the traditions and high standards set by Eileen and Arthur Darling way back when. Located on the side of the Ramada Inn at I-195 and Rte 114A just over the line from Rhode Island, Darling's still is a local favorite of diners who love to come back for the great food and superior service. You will want to start with their famous Stuffed Quahog which is baked in the classic New England tradition using native Quahogs, or the Fresh Fried Calamari with fragrant garlic and hot peppers.
