Lisa Perez works at the boundaries of sculpture, drawing and installation, creating delicate wall sculptures with special attention to light and shadow in the realm of the white walled gallery. Perez has been featured in recent exhibition at the Drawing Center in New York, both iterations of De/Construct (2007/2009 Providence), the Kingston Sculpture Biennial (Kingston, NY), DUMBO Art Under the Bridge Festival (Brooklyn, NY), among others.
