CRANSTON — In the seven years Mario Santilli has been in the kitchen of Mario’s Risto/Bar, two of his dishes have been requested for the Chef’s Secret column in the Providence Journal. That’s quite an accomplishment for a self-trained chef, as Santilli describes himself. (Full review)
