You can dine in the 19th century while enjoying all the 21st-century amenities at The Colonel Blackinton Inn.
Although automobiles whiz by on busy Route 152, just a few feet from the inn's front door, inside it's still 1865. A portrait of Col. Willard Blackinton, a prominent Attleboro manufacturer, hangs over the mantel of one of the inn's three fireplaces, a gas fire adding a cheery glow to the small room.
